Acupuncture Therapy in Noida for Deep, Lasting Relief
Hair-thin needles, placed with care on the right points, can calm stubborn pain and help your body heal from within. At Vacu Care, Sector 22 Noida, every session is safe, clean and planned around your problem.

Tiny Needles, Big Difference
Acupuncture is a time-tested healing method that started in China thousands of years ago. A trained therapist places very fine, thin needles on chosen points of the body. These points connect with nerves, muscles and energy pathways that control how the body feels and works.
The needles are much thinner than the ones used for injections. Most people feel only a light pinch or a dull, heavy feeling around the point, and many even fall asleep during the session. Acupuncture is often helpful when pain has stayed for a long time and other methods have not worked well.
- Ultra-fine, sterile needles
- No medicines or chemicals
- Targets deep and old pain
- Can be combined with acupressure & cupping
What Do the Needles Actually Do?
Each needle sends a small signal to your nervous system. That signal starts a chain of healing inside the body.
Switches Off Pain Signals
The needles prompt the brain to release endorphins, the body's own pain relievers. Pain signals become weaker and the area starts to feel easier.
Releases Deep Knots
Needles reach tight spots deep inside muscles that hands cannot easily reach. As these knots release, stiffness and pulling pain go down.
Restores Balance
Acupuncture helps settle the nervous system and improves blood flow. This supports better sleep, calmer mood and smoother body functions.

Questions People Often Ask
Does acupuncture hurt?
Usually not. You may feel a light pinch when the needle goes in, followed by a dull, heavy or warm feeling around the point. This is normal and a sign the point is responding. Most patients find the session relaxing.
How many acupuncture sessions will I need?
It depends on your condition and how old the problem is. Many people need 6 to 12 sessions, usually 2 to 3 times a week at the start. Dr. Vineet will suggest a plan after your first check-up.
Is acupuncture safe for everyone?
It is safe for most people when done by a trained therapist with sterile needles. Please tell us beforehand if you are pregnant, take blood-thinning medicines, have a bleeding disorder, use a pacemaker, or have a skin infection, so we can plan safely.
What is the difference between acupuncture and acupressure?
Both work on the same body points. Acupressure uses finger and hand pressure, while acupuncture uses fine needles to reach the points more deeply. Acupuncture is often chosen for older or deeper pain, and both can be used together.
What should I do before and after the session?
Have a light meal 1 to 2 hours before, wear loose clothes, and avoid coming on an empty stomach. After the session, drink water, rest a little and avoid heavy exercise for the rest of the day.
